How much is the shift allowance for US or UK shift????

Interviewing for a brand job with 3 years of experience on the agency side. Currently making 63k + quarterly bonus. Looking to get advice on salary. Should the range be 65-70k?

In the offer letter the "Provident Fund" And "gratuity" Is mentioned. In the salary calculation in hand, we will not consider these amounts right? As these components are received when someone retires..right? .. Please confirm.

I got call back from Capgemini that my expected CTC has been met. HR told "I got approval from my seniors of your expected CTC. I am generating offer letter in the system. You will get the offer letter by today EOD or by Tomorrow" Is he fooling me or I will really get the offer letter? Capgemini

JPMC call candidate with 3 months of np for interview and expected CTC for 3.6 years of experience with techstack as java fullstack?

I’m struggling at the moment to gauge how much I should be getting paid in my position as i feel I’m heavily underpaid for the work I do, which includes managing digital marketing operations across 12+ countries, manage the studio/creatives plus lead on any campaigns and strategies, etc. I’m also remote UK-based although my company is international. What is a reasonable pay increase + bonus? This will be my first pay increase. I make 70k and I will be starting my second year at big law (immigration). I had 2 years of prior experience before joining the firm. My manager rated me highest in all areas and mentioned she recommended me for promotion but it may not happen until next cycle since there are limited number of promotions to give. I will get a pay increase regardless so I want to negotiate in case I don’t get a “good” increase.
