I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.

The severance package at Meta for laid off employees almost makes it nice to be laid off depending on what your personal situation is….. personally wouldn’t mind getting 4+ months of full pay to reset and think about what’s next 😬

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

Morning everyone!

I’m currently working on employee data set and business wants to figure out the employee shift type based on number of working hour and days worked and categorize into 8*5 (8 hours 5 days) or (10 hours 4 days) a week. But the real challenge is employee hours are varying because of their overtime work and other reasons so it ranges from 0-20 and also employee can start his shift any day in a week.

So any ideas or suggestions on solving this to find shif type accurately?
