I use TradingView. Very customizable interface, good indicator set plus a line editor to add more from the community, some chat and blogging functions, decent stock screener. You can also use it on the PC with a browser and on an iPad in their app - so I can do some work on it while watching TV with the family.
Some of the trading platforms have decent tools. I think stockcharts.com is supposed to be pretty good. YCharts is more expansive but has more data and analysis tools - really not needed for a individual running a smaller portfolio.
For learning, I’m not the biggest fan of random YouTube videos since some of the material quality is suspect. Maybe someone else has a good recommendation for a series.
For books, I think The New Trading for a Living does a good job with an overview of types of indicators and trading rules for some of the most popular basic ones. Fibonacci Trading is a good overview of fibs. You don’t need to go too deep into this to get some useful tools.
I pay for the bottom tier and got it on a special for less than $120 for the year.
The step up allows unlimited watch lists (important to me for how I screen stocks) and up to 5 chart layouts and 5 indicators per chart. You get second ticks in RT and down to the minute historically. It’s fine for what I do. A day trader may need more.

I personally use Tastyworks. Its the ThinkorSwim equivalent for Tastytrade. I like their educational content and platform, but I will say the charting is probably not my favorite. I think TOS or Tradingview has a bit cleaner presentation. I am going to try Tradingview when I get a slow down in work.
And there are videos out there I am sure, especially on Fib retracement which I need to learn more in depth. But, for me it was really just practicing. I used to do TA on daily views, have the moving averages on, RSI, etc. But for me, that style wasn't working. So, I switched over to a 4h/8h system and pure TA and that has been more profitable.
