I have a CD that gets extremely flustered when you ask them for their opinion on a solution. For example after showing them multiple color pallets and CD not quite liking any of them (real Goldie locks moment) i suggested why not we do (fill in three colors here), the CD freezes up and gets annoyed because they don’t want to say yes or no without seeing it in front of them. When I was coming up the ranks it was very common for managers to be verbally aggressive and in my opinion abusive. Have a lot of you experienced this too? Hated it greatly and vowed to never be like them.

Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. A manager I work with is my official mentor at the firm.
