Accenture with 11.8 fixed + 20% variable. (Has joining bonus)
Amadeus with 16 fixed.

I am more concerned about the technology (angular,java,cloud), learning and job security.

Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. I like my company, but I want to do less. I don’t need to be a HR Director, CHRO, etc. With a career slowdown, I am prepared for a lower compensation and would want decent benefits. I see this question about how to display side projects often, so putting this out there for anyone who might find it useful:

There’s no such thing as side projects, in my eyes. Every project is an opportunity to display your creativity, and the few you’re most proud of make it to your book. Generally, the consensus these days is that we want our advertising to not look/feel like advertising. So, why should you be concerned to separate what was and wasn’t “advertising?”
