I'm a good teacher and I work hard at school. Then when I come home, I can't do anything productive. I struggle to clean, cook, work out, have a social life, etc. I don't understand why? Any thoughts?

How do y’all deal with anxiety? It’s not Job-related, I just have GAD and depression (which gets worse in the winter). I see a therapist, I’m on meds, etc, but I feel like my work suffers.
Student was in a car accident last night. She is in intensive care with broken ribs, and her brother who was in high school didn't make it 😢 visiting them in hospital.
Student flicked me off today, and said I treat them like "slaves." All because I asked them to try their best on their test. How do you cope or relieve stress? Also, what do you say to that student?
