Has the process of releasing offer letter slowed down recently? Is anyone else waiting for the offer letter ?

Yesterday only during their press meet they told that they have honored all the offer letters last quarter...and today itself you can see so many delaying and postponing of joining cases in this group only....there must be something very wrong or messed up.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.

Wish me luck: I just took a job at a new agency in which I'll get paid double as the creative director for a team of 30 people. I'm ecstatic, this is my dream!
