Calling all creatives! What’s your personal preferred style of communication? I’m switching into a PM type role and I want to make managing as seamless as possible so I’d like some input. Please give me some tips on how to best communicate with ~creative minds~.

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?

I love what I do in case management, for inmates working on reentry but I would like to explore other job roles and start making a better income. I’m really interested in tech and project management roles. I just do not know where to start far as getting my foot in the door with either industry. I have a BA criminology, I adjust to quick changes, I thrive in fast paced environments and I learn quick. I have a great work ethic.

Is that possible to select different regime while filing ITR?

Example: For FY Apr 2021- Mar 22, I selected new regime in the company portal and hence more tax deducted. I have submitted the rent receipts to the company for tax exemption. Hence during filing ITR, can I select old regime and get tax return?
