6 months of job hunting… and no sponsorship still so

I came to the UK and have worked in care for 3 years. I started as a carer, trained, gained qualifications, bout care.

Despite experience and dedication, finding a sponsor has been very difficult. Most applications go unanswered or lead nowhere.

It’s mentally exhausting and makes you question yourself.

If you’re going through this, keep going. You’re not alone.

I just hope employers see the value in experienced carers already in the UK.

Joined a new company/team recently and haven’t been doing well .. i was a high performer at my previous job but it’s a new industry I joined and my peers are so much better regardless of how hard I work.. (the entire team works 15 hrs/day so there’s only so much more I can do).. how can I get better :(

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
