A few weeks back, HR said they were putting together my offer letter and set up one last call with the CEO. When I asked him about timing, he said, "We're fast, you'll probably get it next week." That was almost two weeks ago. Should I reach back out to HR or just keep waiting?

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?
