A recruiter just scheduled me for a four-hour interview without reaching out to see when I was available. I assumed they weren't interested because I submitted my application several weeks ago, so this was a surprise. I can make the time work, but the approach feels a bit disrespectful of my schedule. I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss.
