So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

Harassment can be protected or non-protected based on laws. Being an ass isn't necessarily legal grounds. Doesn't sound based of treatment of you and your manager like it's a good place to work and that they care about the culture anyway. Get out.

Document absolutely everything and start looking for a good employment lawyer
Yes, document. Include dates, times, exact quotes. If you have email or handwritten notes save them somewhere safe. Print if you can so that you have hardcopy. If you are to get fired you may not have access to the company system anymore to retrieve. Note any witnesses also. Even if they are on someone else's side, often being faced with lying and leading to potential trouble people will tell the truth to preserve themselves. I know it can go both ways but just save everything.
Keep copies of any correspondence they send you that may be threatening (emails, texts, etc) and make sure to document comments/actions as they take place. Harrassment laws can change/vary depending on state as well so you can check to see what they are here: https://www.ncsl.org/research/labor-and-employment/employment-discrimination.aspx
Is there anyone else senior that you could go to? Is this coworker the same level as you or is one issue that they’re senior?
Keep documents of the threats you've been receiving in case an opportunity comes where you're gonna need them (although I hope it doesn't go that far). Is there anyone else you can possibly run to?
I'm sorry you are going through that. Have you tried to go one step above your manager? At this point, you have nothing to lose.
Document the incidents as much as you can. You are protected by law. Can you possible get in touch with EEOC as soon as possible?
That's a clear case of workplace harassment. You should directly report the matter to your boss. That's not right and he/she has no right to treat you like that.
I know :( it’s brutal. My manager is unfortunately not respected and thus ignored. The owner also has zero cares in the world. I know this isn’t a good place to be, I am just in serious need of my job but I also don’t want this asshole to get away with this. I’m just at a loss.
