A totally unhinged ACD on our team has been moved to another account. Before the move, I was tasked with getting her work right (clients complained that she didn’t get the brand and they put me over her as a Hail Mary)… But she fought back on every single piece of feedback, and I couldn’t save her. Now she’s shittalking me to everyone who will listen, as if I am the reason she’s being moved. I’m not gonna engage but it’s frustrating af. Just venting/wondering if anyone else experienced this too
