I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out. Why am I being iced?

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?

I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. How many interviews is too many? I’ve done 5 one on ones with different people in the practice group. They want me to talk to a few more, but I’m frustrated. It’s so hard to find time to schedule these things and the associates don’t seem to understand I can’t just take them in the middle of the work day at work. Recruiter thinks it’s a good sign. FWIW they haven’t communicated to me position level they’d expect.

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response.
