Happy New Year!
Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. PE it’s generally easy, they exit well you do well, they exit badly you get nothing.
Standard terms (rejoice if yours are better!):
1. Resign before exit = you get nothing
2. Exit below a decent return for the PE firm = you get nothing
3. Don’t exit = you get nothing
4. Get fired = nothing
5. Exit at a good MOIC = you get paid
Understand clearly what your upside and downside case scenario is, in particular how much equity you have and how your share price changes with the expected EV and cap structure of exit.
