For you guys,is the interest details showing any amount in the EPFO member passbook? Or is it showing '0' like me(As seen in the photo below)?

Is the government yet to credit the interest amounts of our PF balances? Or is something wrong with my PF account only?

Has anyone had any experience with debt collectors? I was sent a letter from a company called convergent claiming they are acting on behalf of a creditor (a bank) that I’ve no interaction with. They are saying they’ll accept 50% of the amount due but there’s no mention of what the debt is. I’m assuming this is a scam but wanted to check with fish here.
