Accenture In the workday portal my application is showing interview and I got an email to select slots and I selected slots for Saturday initially and they got rejected. Now I selected the slots for Monday and Tuesday but no response on that from last 4 days . Will my interview be scheduled or not ?

Thinking of quitting my FT job to go freelance, to provide more flexibility on where I live. I’ve gotten offers, but I’m always nervous to quit FT for a short term gig. My total YoE is 14 years. I know pretty long stay in TCS. I am happy with the work though I am not a project lead or in some manager position. Got onsite opportunity almost 7 years in support project. But some time seeing my x-teammates who have changed many companies and now in better position, feeling like I would have moved out instead of sticking to 1 company. my sister died this morning. I posted about her in a past post. Alcohol addiction, liver failure and then it taxed the kidneys too much, she went into cardiac arrest at 9 am and they could not save her. She was 51. Sad day for sure. Feels odd that she is no longer here. I just wish she could have had a better future.

I’m a pharmacist and currently doing an MBA. I have only 2 YOE as a pharmacist and I’m trying to find a career path that will suit me. I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?
