I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Interested in hearing about anyone who has added a second full time staff person. Current setup is two main advisors (have a few licensed solicitors) and one main admin. Getting to the point where she has too much on her plate. We have been bringing on paid interns to alleviate some of the stress. Thinking about adding another person but unsure that we need an additional full time staff person. Recently heard an employee per every 350-400k of GDC (advisors included) was a good guideline.
