Accenture Walk-in Interview – Waiting for Feedback

I attended a walk-in interview for a Creative Designer role at Accenture 7 days ago. The interview went well, and I was informed that if selected, I would likely be based at the Airoli office on a US client project. I am still waiting for feedback from HR. For those who have interviewed at Accenture, how long did it take to receive an update? Do they inform candidates if not selected, or should I follow up myself?
