If I attend three interviews, nail two, and get ghosted once - I still deserve a new job because effort = outcome. Does HR agree or am I just applying girl math to rejection?

How common is it to have a bunch of awards (like lions, clios, one show etc) in this city? Reviewing books I hardly come across any international awards at all. Is my agency to shitty or are awards a thing of the past?

When people ask if this is your first, do you share that it’s not your first pregnancy? Six months ago I had brought up the fact I was being underpaid for the job I was doing with now 3 years of experience being the only Engineer on the team and my manager agreed giving me an increase to $90k. My manager is wanting to get me some help and posted a new role modeled after me (3 yrs exp) w/ salary between $88k-$126k. How should I approach my manager about it without looking incredibly greedy?

Received an offer from the DOJ for a 2 year contract, doing work which seems more interesting/engaging than what I’m doing right now (insurance defence) - but for just over 9% less than I’m currently making, and the partner track has been outlined for me at my firm..feel like it’s not worth trading higher long term earning potential for contract + pay cut just because the work is more engaging..but on the other hand, ID is starting to bore me..thoughts/refs to anyone at DOJ would be appreciated
