I’m 25 (male) with collectively 4 years of accounting experience. I have a masters in data analytics and am working in manufacturing. I am also working towards a CPA. I make 67k base with possible year un bonuses. (<3k)

I have worked at two companies so far (one for 3 years as an intern then staff and the other for a little over a year as a staff). The first company was very small they took me seriously and I thrived. I left that company for the (see thread)

Annual reviews are held September thru October at my current company. I started in July so I did not receive one last year. These reviews determine promotions, raises and bonus amounts. Earlier this year I received an added responsibility of managing someone and it came with a small salary increase. I guess my question is do you think this salary bump means I will not receive a raise? I personally feel like the salary increase solely covers the new responsibilities attached to managing.

Been working with experience for over a year and was just given an offer for a new job with a salary range of 55-60, they officially offered 55.

How do I open the conversation and get them to the high end of that range?

Deciding between 2 offers…

Industry role- Manager, $130k base with 15-20% bonus (biggest pro: great WLB)
Or
Consulting role- Consultant, $125k base with 20-40% bonus and $25k sign on (biggest pro: interesting work)
