You loose either way, if you join Highradius.😂😂
I would highly recommend to reject the offer from highradius. If you join you will get sucked into dirty politics and your work will be considered inconsequential. When it comes to performance review, the manager would give ratings based on favouritism. If they give you bad rating even though you were the one who did the most critical work for the team, then the manager will justify the rational of the rating by saying that upper management forced them to give you that rating, otherwise who would have given better.
Higher management is so incompetent and full of themselves that, they would blame every bad decision they make on their employees and start firing folks sighting bad performance as the reason. The management delays taking the critical decision till the last minute and acts in a very reactive manner, and disguise every mismanagement or last minute decision as out of the box thinking & "rollercoaster" ride.
Also the higher management is very fickle minded, leading to constant change of goals and initiatives every few months, which would impact your performance. For instance, one time they suddenly decided to change the KPI calculation matrix and informed everyone that, the calculation would be applied from last quarter, basically leading to everyone loosing KPI points. Why would someone in their right mind apply the new KPI calculation rules retroactively from a past date. This was done during the upcoming hike cycle, in order to decrease average hikes offered to employees.
Be very careful if you are assigned to handle interns, as it could hamper your own performance. In the recent years i have noticed that, due to their toxic work culture, talented students/employee steer clear of joining. This leads to highradius taking in very very very bad quality interns which fall into one of below 3 categories :
Category 1 > Interns who simply do not have enough technical skills and are not willing to even learn.
Category 2> Interns who have very poor understanding of basic programming skills, but are willing to learn to some degree.
Category 3> Interns who actually have knowledge and technical understanding to work, but won’t work as they have already gotten better packages at a better company. They are just here to chill, have a little bit of income until their desired company calls them for work.
80% of the intern belong to category 1, 15 percent belong to category 2 and remaining 5% to category 3.
Now, these interns will get assigned to folks like yourself. Each intern would get assigned work, which the management know that they are not trained to handle, but will forcefully assign work to every intern with an actual deadline(in highradius, even intern work on actual day to day feature development and production bugs). Now the intern won’t be able to do any work so all the missed deadline for all the work assigned to 5 or so interns under you will get rolled upto you. Either you have to take extra time during nights or weekends to complete the work yourself, or let the deadlines miss and get a performance hit on your KPI scores, while all the interns chill. You simply cannot ask management to remove intern who are not performing(which is all the interns), so now you are stuck with them.😆😆
Another huge red flag is that once you decide to leave the organization, the manager and the HR folks will misbehave with you and try to cut your salary based on unattainable "high priority and "time sensitive task" that they will deliberately pull out of their ass all of a sudden in between the sprint(task which were previously in backlog) & assign you on notice period even though they don't have any dependency on you. This type of harassment will continue for 3 months when you are on notice period.
I believe Solution Principal
But, aren’t we losing as long as we are in HighRadius?🥲
