Hello all,
I'm currently working on azure cloud in Cognizant . I've about 1.4 years of experience now. I've got an offer from Axtria as an L1 Analyst. Could anyone please suggest if the change in field is worth it. Or should I just look for other jobs in cloud only? I will have to decide this at the earliest so please do help me with it.

2. Favouritism
Favouritism is at its peak. Especially in Gurgaon/Noida leadership — they put you aside like a curry leaf if you’re from other locations. They give all good work and praise to selected people and later call it “consistent performance” to justify promotions, while others barely get a fair chance.
4. Parking = Tax
Bringing your own vehicle feels like a sin. Unlike other companies, Axtria charges for parking — like a Nirmala Sitharaman-style tax. You get your salary and then see deductions for parking, and it’s a quarterly enrollment. Why should basic employee parking feel like a taxable service?
3. Axtria Club
Axtria Club members feel like HR’s favourite children — treated like God-sent angels. But during events, they keep chasing and forcing everyone to participate even when workload is huge. Feels like a mosquito buzzing near the ear. Not everyone is comfortable, and adding it to performance goals is a joke.
5. “Free” Food Myth
Free food is another illusion. Either make it truly free with good quality or charge properly and serve decent food. But here it’s ₹20 for substandard meals. Yes, ₹20 is small, but why only ₹20? Just to market that food is “almost free”? If quality needs more money, charge it — or don’t charge at all.
