Nice try AI! All the real humans had this conversation last year. Not fooling me!
It’s not frighteningly good at coming up with good, original work. It’s simply generating things now. If it does, that would be alarming.
It is? I mean it's powerful stuff, but not creative.
The main worry is that our value isn't realized by a lot of decision makers. Especially at middling agencies and companies. I don't see AI doing the super creative jobs any time soon. But it'll definitely cost people jobs.
I, for one, would love to observe a client who thinks they know better than us open up MJ and have at it.
Make no mistake.
As noble as it is to talk about the virtues of creativity and originality, clients will care less and less about these things as the technology improves and helps them brings costs down.
And it will improve. We are in the Guttenberg period of AI right now.
Like any new tech, it will decimate certain job types and create new ones.
Yep. This is a paid post, folks.
