T2 consulting —> MBA at M7–> top tier IB —> top tier PE/HF. Is this feasible?

Studied accounting and finance but worried about the future of this profession. Currently working in Forensic Consulting but want to leave. Should I go back to undergrad and get a computer science degree? I honestly want a career where I could at least potentially make 600 k per year. I feel in accounting it’s near impossible. Additionally, I’m sick of people looking down on me. My gf is getting a PhD in a social science and gets way more respect then me. I am 25 also. HELP

Hi all! I work in digital marketing / organic social. For those in organic social what platform do you use for scheduling posts, analytics, UGC, managing influencers etc? We currently use bizzare voice/curalate. I work for a national retail brand so we are posting 2x a day with tons of UGC and in house content. I decided to move on from my job of 7 years, I had no days off, It was getting overwhelmed, I just wanted to spend quality family time, so I applied at another place and I was hired on the spot, so my old employer offered me what I wanted and I decided to stay, so my question is ….. how in a professional way do I tell my new employer that I not coming to work with them. I’m supposed to start by the end of this month.

Had my virtual on-site for an S&O L3 role 3.5 weeks ago (NYC, 5 YOE). I haven’t heard back on a decision yet, and was wondering how long it typically takes? I also know that I was one of the very first candidates to interview for this specific role, and there are atleast 2 more people scheduled for onsites. Does the recruiter typically wait for all candidates to finish their onsites before communicating a decision? Or if I haven’t heard back yet, it’s probably a reject?

How do referrals work?
If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied? I’m sure they get tons of messages so what should I say so that it won’t be overlooked?Im currently unemployed and very eager to get an entry level position in either HR, Marketing, or Project/Program Coordinator in the tech field, so any advice is greatly appreciated.

I’ve been working for a company for 25yrs, looking for advancement. I’m considered an SME, managing people, Vendors and working on large system conversions. Have provided long term goals. When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. Recently interviewed with another company as a Vendor Mgmt partner. Individual contributor, high visible position with potential. Thoughts?
