It seems to me you already know what to do. (Try and move on) But, you feel bad (or some other emotion) because you’ve had it pretty good at your current employer. Remember, if you die today, they replace you tomorrow. Take on the new adventure and see where it leads you!
I'm in the same boat.
I left after 27 years. They kept going for new inexperienced cheaper labor and not appreciative of depth or experience. It’s a leap of faith, so keep yours. It’s the best move I ever made and kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Don’t gather mold, stay bold. Most behemoths don’t appreciate commitment or dedication.
Leaving a company after 25 years can be daunting, but if you’re not happy and not getting support to move up, you should leave. It’s an unfortunate reality that you often have to leave your current company to know your value. Your loyalty, while admirable, isn’t being reciprocated.

As long as you leave on good terms, I’m sure you could always go back to your current company if things weren’t what you expected at the new company. Life is too short to be frustrated, especially in this job market. Take a chance on yourself and you’ll probably be pleasantly surprised. There’s always a learning curve, so give yourself time and grace. But I think it’s worth a shot if no one at your current company is willing to work with you on career pathing. As someone else said, you know what you want, so you might as well go after it!
Thank you and I learned very early on in my career…. Never burn bridges. I won’t leave on bad terms and I’m confident in my abilities. I’m sure it’ll work out.
