Anti-disparagement clause: anyone able to non-officially weigh in here. If someone has assigned anti-disparagement clause in the termination agreement, but they speak to a media outlet on the record WITHOUT naming the company and speak about something sensitive- like discrimination or sexism - can company take legal action?

Is it obvious where they worked? Potentially actionable, to the extent the clause is enforceable at all. NLRB just ruled that many of these non-disparagement clauses in termination agreements violate the NLRA. Also- I believe sex harassment non disclosure are also illegal in many jurisdictions in the wake of me too. Going to be very jurisdiction and language specific, as well as a huge PR issue for the company if they sue someone for this.

529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.
