Any advice for someone who wants to excel in healthcare consulting? I want to get into this field and have a career. I'm talking about things as simple as books, podcasts, or anything at all that will help me to understand the ins and outs of healthcare consulting. I currently work for a boutique consulting firm doing market access and analytics in the healthcare space, so I'm pretty well-versed in the healthcare space.

I'm going for a role for Account Director and have gone through the interviews with the head of accounts, BD as well as the ECD's. I received the following email at the end of the day:

"You are one of two candidates in the final round.

One thing we haven’t spoken about are your salary expectations. Could you have a think and let me know early next week as well as your employment status (residency permit)."

What would be the best way to answer this response? Appreciate the help

What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed? Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. For example, speaking to the potential client explicitly about their role in staying on schedule, reviewing scope creep consequences, etc.
