How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). Any tips for how to stand out when submitting resumes online to an F50? I have started sending my resume to in-house jobs and it’s hard to even get a response from most listings. I have tried being targeted (e.g., applying to in-house M&A roles and not just any in-house role) and adjusting my resume for particular listings (e.g., highlighting experiences of interest to the company). Virtusa purposely gave me offer one night before LWD on the name of approvals and I didnt get time to revise other lower offers of
1. Wipro - 15 lpa (13.5 lac fix + 1.5 lac var)
2. TCS - 18 lpa (16.2 fix + 1.8 var)
3. UBS - 18 lpa fix (No var).. not considered due to support proj

I asked 22 fixed to Virtusa but they gave 20 without seeing my offers, did I make good choice overall?
