I start every day with 5-10 minutes of journaling. My prompt is "I accept myself even when..." It sets a nice tone for the day and I get to remind myself that I'm human and therefore fallible.

No advice, just wanted to second this feeling. Therapy has helped but I fear the only real solution is leaving the law
AGC1's reply below is IT. 99% the time mistakes I've made have not affected my clients or their cases and the issue has been with my boss at the time who didn't appreciate having a human being for an employee. My boss now appreciates thoughtful, careful, accurate work, and also recognizes that shit happens. A lot of my anxiety around mistakes has evaporated as a result.
