Many people will lose their jobs from Vogue and Zarbee’s, the ones that will not get laid off, they will be offered relocation packages. What leadership fails to understand, is NJ is a very expensive state in compare to Fl and UT. Many people would not even considered the relocation due to state tax, and also the interest rates are very high for anybody to even considered purchasing a home right now. Very sad that this company is following the same steps as J&J. I really thought Kenvue was gonna be different.
Leadership understands the price of NJ very well and are likely relying on this fact to help drive attrition on these teams. They want to trim the fat and cut expenses wherever they can.
They’re counting on attrition across the board - not just Vogue and Zarbee’s. They were just the first because of relocation agreements needing to be settled before they could finalize org charts.
don’t forget Joaquin and j and j are the true leaders, they own 90 percent of the shares. Cuts are occurring in vision and pharma as well. They have to thin it out eventually.
