Any LLC owners out there with advice for startup. I am currently in Florida and I am starting my business so upon research I see something about getting a registered agent for the LLC as a requirement. I was trying to do it myself and just use a PO Box as the address does anyone have any insight on this?

Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Right now I see a lot of org transformation and people / Corp strategy health care cases at an MBB. But not sure which is better when thinking of exit opportunities in pharma. Thoughts?
