The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

How long does it take end to end starting from interview call to interviews to day 1 in and of the FAANG companies assuming I need a work visa.. only looking for approximation time so I can start my search accordingly

Best place to find accurate market valuations? I’ve read over and over that self reporting sites like Glassdoor and Payscale aren’t accurate and not considered legitimate by large corporations when negotiating salary.

I've been in practice for about a year at a high stakes plaintiffs litigation firm. I make $85/year, I'm in the office at 8 and leave around 5:30. I work occasionally on Saturdays. When we have something big coming up, I stay extra to get it done in time. I've never missed a deadline.
