Any clue how pepsico manages global movement?

I’m finally able to max out my 401k and Roth IRA, and I will be opening a taxable account. I’m just confused on what to put into it. I’m 26 and open to being more risk tolerant. I was hoping some of you could share what’s in your taxable accounts and offer some advice based on my current allocation.

401k:
- 80% Vanguard Institutional Total Stock Market Index Trust
- 20% Vanguard Institutional Total International Stock Market Index Trust

Roth IRA:

Hi people! I am entering the very final step of an hiring process in a Capital Venture Company and my chances to get an offer seem solid. I passed through a recruiter and we spoke about salary expectations very early on. He told me that 110k for this specific role would be the max. He put me in touch with another startup where the range is higher (120k) but I have a preference for the VC company w/ lower compensation. Do you think there is room for negotiating higher than 110k?

Is Infosys HRs really dumb, they are continuously posting on LinkedIn that they are hiring for Infosys. It has been more than 60 days and my profile is still showing the Schedule Interview.

I tried to reach close to 9-10 HRs and they are not responding to my messages on LinkedIn.
