Any requirement for 2+ Year experience in DevOps + AWS ?

Today i had my first round in JOCATA (hyd base product base company) it went very nice and interviewer were impressed with me... And I am selected for final round too. What figure I should tell them if HR ask me about my expectation ctc
Current CTC is 4 LPA
And I have 7lpa offer in hand
And 1.5 YOE

I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? I think with with skillset, i might fall into DevOps category. But still any challenging role is accepted

Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
