What is the avg salary of SDE 2 cerner and how is the salary increment in cerner compare to service based companies

However when looking at the salary for data analytics, it appears that I would have to take a pay cut. I currently make 123k in the state of NC...any insight? Should I transition to Data Engineering instead?
