Is Huron hiring right now?
Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

What I know is if i can be a manager at a regular office and yet have my own start up venture(s) on various other skills, it shouldn't ideally conflict but some HR do poke in between

Hey! When you say transitioning into L&D, do you mean traditional L&D roles? L&D is niche, but very broad when you think about roles within the profession. People also define roles differently, for example I’ve seen “Instructional Designer” defined way differently depending on the JD of the company posting for roles.
Depending on what L&D roles your shooting for, this resume is speaking toward project management/program management/implementation just glancing at it.
I’ll also say, it has a post-secondary education feel to it, so if your applying for corporate roles, it will need tailored some more. Most times post-secondary education language doesn’t translate well to corporate language or language commonly used in the L&D profession.
I would get the Learning and Development handbook from the association of Talent Development. It will provide the language and terminology commonly used. It will also highlight common roles in the profession so you can translate your roles to better fit what your applying for.
Thank you for your helpful info. I am actually participating in an ATD mentoring program this year.
