Is a System engineer role better than DevOps role?

Got an offer of 16LPA fixed from Siemens Healthineers. YOE 4 with role Selenium automation. Can anyone working with Siemens Healthineers tell me if the offer is good. Also can you please tell me about the Work culture, WLB, Perks, onsite opportunity.

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

25lpa for a devops engineer with 4years of experience, is it good?

Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
