How much does deloitte pay for a senior Analyst/Associate with 5+YOE?

If my company is deducting tax on reimbursements for example relocation, flight travel, mobile usage, etc. Then how to show in tax filing? bcoz as per my understanding it should not be taxable as I am using my money and company is refunding and no extra income. They asked me to share the documents , but they didn't share the offer letter, it's been 1 week already.
Do they take time in releasing offer letters generally , or am I rejected already ?

Also, they mentioned 5% engagement bonus , and 8% annual bonus, do they give full amount , or some part of it.

How much an average candidate can expect from these bonus ?

Hello! just got an offer from Amazon for Global Product Marketing Manager for PAE (payments).
TC: $223k for 1st year (156k base, $64k sign on for 1st year and $50k for second year, with 46 shares - vesting 5% on 1st year anniversary, 15% on 2nd year and 20% every 6months on 3rd and 4th year).
I understand this is a L6 role and would like to understand where I am in the total comp range (from a %) and what is the max this role and level and pay (given that I understand next salary jump to L7. Tx!
