Any suggestions on preparing for a TAM interview?

Hi ME 🐠s! Would like to know a bit regarding Business Analyst roles in MBB, T2 / B4 firms in UAE. I come from a target school in India (say MBB / T2 hires from my college every year) with ~1 YOE in consulting - based in Dubai. Would the stated firms consider me for a BA role (lateral hire as an experienced BA)?

To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

Hello! just got an offer from Amazon for Global Product Marketing Manager for PAE (payments).
TC: $223k for 1st year (156k base, $64k sign on for 1st year and $50k for second year, with 46 shares - vesting 5% on 1st year anniversary, 15% on 2nd year and 20% every 6months on 3rd and 4th year).
I understand this is a L6 role and would like to understand where I am in the total comp range (from a %) and what is the max this role and level and pay (given that I understand next salary jump to L7. Tx!
