Has anyone taken the online assessment to work at AWS. I was called by a recruiter and he sent me this assessment that needs to done within 7 days. What should I expect?

I had a second round(which was a final round as well) of an interview couple of days back. But yet to receive any feedback on it. Normally how much time hr team takes for a revert? Waiting makes me feel anxious.

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. Things are going well here but I feel the work is minimal & slow & my work doesn't gets approved in a go despite huge efforts, neither I get a feedback as such on how can I make it better. Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

Could an AWS Solutions Architect chime in on the supposedly bad work life balance at AWS? Is it really true?

I am applying for a lead information security advisory position at AWS that is focused on IT Audit and assessment. What types of questions should I expect for the technical interview ? I can’t find much online.

Are AWS phone screen interviews done via video calls? Do I need to be mindful of where I am taking the call from? Or is it usually a chime audio call?

Sibling who is a director in aws referred me to a few jobs , have not heard anything in weeks. Is that typical?

didn't pass the loop for an L7 role earlier this month, and i found a good suitable l6 role. One of the interviewers added me on linkedin a few weeks back- is it inappropriate if i reach out to him to say thanks and ask him to put in a word for me with hiring manager for the l6 role?
