I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I’ve been applying for jobs and internships in my field (looking for jobs in media production, social media, music, entertainment) for months with no luck. They say it’s about connections, but my connections are limited especially in these fields. I am constantly ghosted by recruiters and managers on LinkedIn. I have film PA experience, but other than that my background is in retail. Any advice going forward?
