Any Tableau experts here, need help.

I have a user mapping file where a user is mapped to specific teams and territory and I have joined it with my reporting table.

Now in one chart, I want that when a user logs in, the data is shown at national level( so all territories value comes up) and in the other chart, I want that the same user is able to see the data as per the mapping of territory in the user mapping file.

Can this be done in tableau side?

I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch.
