I'm looking for front-end web design work, and work from home. I am a strong designer and basically set up landing pages for large companies on a proprietary CMS in our company. Need some suggestions, I'm currently working with EY GDS as full stack developer as Senior Associate III with 7.3 years of experience.
Current CTC: 30.5L (24 fixed + 6.5 bonus)
I'm looking for change now which companies should I target to? who can give me atleast 45-50L with job security.

Any suggestions?

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?
