Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

Working in reporting of private equity funds. Hands on experience in Tableau and MySQL. Good knowledge of Analytics part and writing down commentary for return on investment fir private equity funds.

Considering an offer to go from firm (4 YOE) to become a privacy/product counsel for a tech company (non-faang). One concern for me is the potential of a recession in late 22 into 23 with the fed rate hikes. My fear is if that happens, me being on the chopping block as new in house counsel. I have a user mapping file where a user is mapped to specific teams and territory and I have joined it with my reporting table.

Now in one chart, I want that when a user logs in, the data is shown at national level( so all territories value comes up) and in the other chart, I want that the same user is able to see the data as per the mapping of territory in the user mapping file.

Can this be done in tableau side?
