No tips, but I also feel like my resiliency (and drive and determination) have been used up. I am tired.

I hope the legal industry changes. This is ridiculous.
Same, I am try focus on my why to push myself though. I have child so the why is kind of easy. One my family needs income and two I won’t be around forever so I want not only do I want raise my child with values but I want remember for those values.
I also think resilience isn’t just about focus on an end goal though. B/c the end goal can seem like a mountain. But rather focus on tasks to get there. For example, after my first semester of law school I almost failed out. I tried my best to just study when I was worried about failing out law school. I just did my best and kept working. I think resilience is just doing the small steps to achieve the goal and not worrying about whether that goal will be achieved. It’s easier though school when the path is just do well on a test. In life the path can seem wrong or lead nowhere. You can kick ass at job only to be overshadowed by someone who plays golfs with the boss. But don’t forget there is more than on solution in life like finding a new boss.
"First of all:
I am tired.
I am true of heart!
And Also:
You are tired.
You are true of heart!"
Dave Eggers, A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius
Figure out your long game and make a plan to get there. The grind and bill mentality while constantly dealing with toxic personalities is not sustainable, at least not for me. It is not that I cannot do this, it is that I will not do this. Best of luck.
