Any tips to not procrastinate?

been in us from last 5 yrs. didnt invest in 401k or any other finacial instruments in us. now coming to regret that. 401k maximized from this year. any reco for index funds, MF education sites

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.
