Anyone doing any event marketing for a conference or event that is 10k plus in attendance? If so, how far in advance do you open the registration/sales campaign? This year I was able to convince everyone to open 26 weeks in advance of the event. Usually we are 21 weeks and in some cases less. I think this will be a good step in helping us hit our registration goal.

My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.
