I have no friends here and I don't know how is the culture and WLB at Nagarro. Please help me out. Also I have been reading many -ve comments regarding bench and firing. Is it true? What is a starting salary for a senior consultant that does energy transformation consulting at other consulting companies? I know GH underpays lower than market, but I’m having a hard time gauging how much more. Not enough reports on Glassdoor for my company and city. Please mention YOE and whether you live in a city with a higher COL. Senior consultant is equivalent to the next level up after entry level at GH.

So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa.
