I would be really interested to see how much of the firm profits goes to pension for retired partners and current partner pay. Someone is definitely making money off all this overtime that isn't paid as overtime.
I'm all for fixed price projects. Just make sure to price them right, deliver value and be don't put up with bad clients. Easier said then done, but still my current thoughts.

When I made senior back in 2017, my comp was 80K. Over the next 2-3 years it reached 119K (I think) the year before I made manager.
