Anyone else notice how hard internal job moves are? I’ve applied to a few internal roles and it feels like once you say you’re interested, everyone suddenly goes quiet. Managers “support growth” in theory, but no one actually helps you navigate it. Curious, have internal transfers helped or hurt your career? Or is external the only real move now?
